Becoming a Wholesale Partner

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Hampton James Clothing! We are excited to explore the opportunity of working together to deliver quality children's products to our branded under Hampton James. 

Wholesale Direct Customers will be allowed first look and enjoy the opportunity to order first before being offered to those not direct with Hampton James. 

Please do not order preorder items with in stock items, as well as ensure your opening order is at least $125. All follow up orders will not have a minimum. 

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
    Opening orders must meet a minimum of $125 and include a minimum of 2 pieces per style. All subsequent orders must meet the $125 order minimum but will not require style minimums.

  • Reseller Certificate Requirement:
    All wholesale partners must submit a valid reseller certificate prior to account approval to verify tax exemption and reseller status.

  • Submitting Orders:
    All orders must be placed through our website after wholesale account approval. You must be logged into your account via email login (not Shop app) before placing any orders in order to view wholesale pricing. Orders mistakenly placed at retail pricing will not be refunded.

  • Payment Terms:
    Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is completed.

  • Pricing Policy:
    To uphold brand consistency and fair market value, wholesale accounts must adhere to suggested retail pricing for all current-season merchandise. Customization charges may be added at your discretion. Resale at wholesale or near-wholesale pricing is strictly prohibited. Selling Hampton James products on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or similar is not allowed. Violation may result in termination of your account.

  • Shipping:
    All shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale customer. Shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout.

  • Returns & Exchanges:
    All wholesale sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the case of damaged or defective items received, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Turnaround Time:
    In-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days, processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Preorder shipping timeframes will be listed on product pages during preorder periods. While we strive to meet posted ship dates, delays from manufacturers or carriers may occasionally occur.

  • Order Splitting Policy:
    Do not combine preorder items with in-stock items in the same cart. Orders must be separated to avoid processing delays. 

  • Reporting Shortages or Errors:
    Any shortages, incorrect items, or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, orders are considered final. Please email issues to: wholesale@hamptonjamesclothing.com

  • Ordering Consistency Policy:
    To maintain an active wholesale account, partners are required to place a minimum order at least once every 12 months. Accounts that remain inactive may be closed without notice to maintain alignment with our active retail network.

  • Termination Clause:
    Hampton James Clothing reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges at any time for policy violations, resale misconduct, inactivity, or behavior deemed inconsistent with brand standards.

  • Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy:
    All wholesale partners are expected to honor our suggested retail pricing (SRP) unless an official promotion is communicated. Discounting below SRP without approval is not permitted.

  • Use of Branding and Creative Assets:
    Wholesale partners may use official Hampton James product photography, branding, and content for marketing purposes that are clearly watermarked with Hampton James Clothing Brand. However, assets must not be edited in a way that alters brand presentation, and must be used in a respectful and brand-aligned manner.


Failure to honor these requirements may result in termination of your wholesale account.
